Our registered users (“Users”) share their professional identities, engage with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, learn, and find business and career opportunities. Content and data on some of our Services are viewable to non-members (“Visitors”).
Your Privacy at Biz Buddy Network
Biz Buddy welcomes you to the network/community of fresher’s and professionals in the world and invites you to participate in the community by sharing knowledge with your peers and colleagues. We have the modest goal of making the internet a better place, and as such, we are committed to your privacy. This privacy policy describes what information we collect on our network and in the use of our products and services, how we use that information, and what options we offer you to control your personal information.

Biz Buddy Collects and Stores Information (Data You Provide To Us)
Registration: To create an account, you need to provide data, including your name, email address, and/or mobile number, and a password. If you register for a premium service, you will need to provide payment (e.g., credit card) and billing information.
Profile Information: After you create an account, you may choose to provide additional information on your Biz Buddy profile, such as social profile links, full name, DOB, sex, address, education, profile summary, work experience, skills, photo, city or area, certifications, honor and awards, project, interest, strength, references, and additional activities. This information is required for a general profile, resume generation, and job purposes. However, profile information helps you to get more from our services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and to make that sensitive information public. You can avoid posting or adding personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available because most of your Biz Buddy profile, as well as all content/discussions that you post on Biz Buddy, are publicly displayed. We may use and share information you provide in a Biz Buddy profile/resume and account in the same manner as the information provided in a Biz Buddy profile, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement.
If you do nothing during your visit to the Biz Buddy Network but browse through the website, read pages and information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. Information/data on your visits to the website are stored in aggregate automatically for optimization of bandwidth requirements. This information does not identify you personally. Rather, information is kept in the aggregate. We use the information we collect to understand the traffic to our site. It’s important to know how much bandwidth the site uses so that we can purchase more if needed from time to time. If the “hits” to our site increase, we need to expand hosting for our site.
Content and Data from Others: You and others may post content that includes information about you (as part of blogs/articles, questions – answers/discussions/posts, comments, videos, images) on our services. Unless you opt-out, we collect public information about you, such as professional-related news and accomplishments (e.g., patents granted, professional recognition, conference speakers, projects, etc.) and make it available as part of our services (e.g., suggestions for your profile or notifications).
Public Data: Search engines may index your Biz Buddy profile page, public interactions (such as all your activities), and post pages, such that people may find these pages when searching against your name on services like Google, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, or Bing. Users may also share links to your content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and others, etc.
Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Information: If you have a Biz Buddy account, you can access, modify, or export your personal information or delete your account on the profile dashboard setting page.
Please note: Information/content/data you have shared with others or that others have copied may also remain visible after you have closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile. This will be Biz Buddy’s property, and all rights are reserved with Biz Buddy platform only. In addition, you may not be able to access, correct, or eliminate any information about you that other Members copied or exported out of Biz Buddy because this information may not be in our control.
Your Consent: By using the Biz Buddy platform, you consent to the terms of our online Privacy Policy and to Biz Buddy’s processing of Personal Information for the purposes given above as well as those explained where ‘Biz Buddy’ collects Personal Information on the web.
- Search: You can search for all posts/topics/questions/contents/discussions/replies/users profiles/members/jobs/companies from Biz Buddy’s search option, which is only available on the Biz Buddy network.

User Agreement
The user can access the Biz Buddy Website for an indefinite period based on the assumption that you have fully understood and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You (the user) can access BizBuddy.ca, subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed/updated from time to time, entirely at the discretion of Biz Buddy Network, as set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term, and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms till the time you access this site.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time without any prior notice to its users and viewers. Biz Buddy reserves the right to fully or partially change/modify the terms of this agreement without any notice for liability.
